MSZ Scouting Report |
Report: Nathan is a presence on the mound at 6'4''. He has great command and control of all of his pitches, and is an outstanding fielder. He was a former shortstop before being converted to a pitcher.
Repertoire: His pitches are sharp and precise just about every time. His fastball average around the mid 90's mph, but his arm tends to get even stronger towards the end of the season. His fastball can reach as high as 97 mph on select pitches. He mixes in a tight curveball, a change, and has learned to throw the cutter successfully.
Weaknesses: He likes to pitch away from the batter, allowing batters to lean towards the plate. If he challenged batters inside more, the outsides pitches become even more effective. |
