Report: Jason Kubel has very good plate discipline. A very gifted hitter with good power and average fielding.
Strengths: Shows a lot of patience at the plate and has a very quick swing that can generate a lot of power at times. Very good uppercut low-ball hitter.
Weaknesses: Speed on base and on the outfield is slightly below average for an outfielder. Sometimes too patient at the plate, taking called strikes. Watches a lot of hittable strikes early in the count. |
