MSZ Scouting Report |
Report: Bonser is a big guy that does a good job with changing speeds and does very well getting out of pitching jams. Not overpowering, but pitches with a lot of emotion.
Repertoire: He has a solid combination of pitches, including a mid to low 90's mph fastball with a fair amount of movement. He will also mixes in a slider that
often breaks sharply downwards, and also occasionally throws a changeup.
Weaknesses: Pitches become predicatable at times, and he is prone to the longball. Not much of a groundball pitcher , so he will allow some doubles. |
